Terms of Service

By utilizing the services of Hackney Car Centre Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all automotive repairs, MOT testing, and diagnostic services provided at our Hackney workshop.

Any estimates provided are based on initial inspections. Should further defects be identified during the repair process, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding. All parts fitted are subject to availability and manufacturer delivery timelines.

We provide a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on all parts and labor, unless specified otherwise. Hackney Car Centre Limited is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from vehicle downtime. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Full payment is required upon completion of services and prior to vehicle release. We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure digital payments. Vehicles not collected within 48 hours of notification may be subject to storage fees.

All replaced parts are disposed of immediately unless otherwise requested at the time of booking. Hackney Car Centre Limited is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during its time in our workshop.
